I can’t believe I’ve lived in Orange County for almost two years and haven’t been down to The Beachcomber or even down to this part of Crystal Cove! D and I had made plans to head up to the Getty Villa, but a little bit of car trouble (blessing in disguise?)  led us on this spontaneous adventure instead.
If you’ve never been, Crystal Cove is a great beach to go to because it’s a little more tucked away. We parked across PCH and headed down this sweet, little foot path down to the coast. We lunched at The Beachcomber, taking photos while we waited for our table. I’m such a planner, but this spontaneous day was a breath of fresh air. With the gorgeous weather being forecasted, we’re looking forward to many more days like this in the near future!

I know that California has some not so pretty parts, but man, ya'll also have some really pretty parts! Great pics! Looks like you guys had a fun time. Also looks like you and hubby are about the same height difference as me and mine. :)

Wonderful! Love these pictures. You guys are too cute. And love the ground graffiti. We have someone doing that all over the campus I work at and they are so cute.
